Mobile Speak Pocket is the first screen reading software for Pocket PC devices. This means that now Blind and Visually Impaired people can do their computing and telephony tasks on the move. If you then so wish you can synchronise all your documents, tasks, contacts, appointments with your Windows environment on your PC and vice versa.

Mobile Speak Pocket will work on many PDA or Smartphones running the Windows Mobile 2003 2nd edition or Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system which means many of the leading brands worldwide. (see below for a list of tested devices.)

You will be able to synchronise with all your popular applications for example: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, MSN Messenger, Windows Media Player... to name just a few and at the same time make third-party applications accessible to visually impaired people with Mobile Speak Pocket's scripting language LUA. To input your commands to your PDA simply use the MSP interface accessed via the PDA keys or use an external keyboard.

Mobile Speak Pocket for Smartphones is on the verge of release (28/04/2006). This will enable your Smartphone to act in the same way, with the same applications as a PDA. The Smartphone will require the same operating system, either Windows Mobile 2003 2nd edition or Windows Mobile 5.0 and all the same comments apply as for the PDA version.
